Anyone still alive? Happy new year...

After a few years of MMO absence I am actually considering coming back with STO. The look and feel remembers me of AO - just better graphics...

So - anyone here boldly went were... you know the shit. Wink

Not enough time.  Was meaning to look at Global Agenda, but haven't even got that far.

How has STO been?

Meh, what happened with Aion?  And if you thought some of the people playing MMOs were odd, wait until you get a server full of trekkies... o.O

Unfortunately, really ran out of time for Aion too.  I've logged on a few times, but didn't see anyone on.  Figured that was a done deal.

Are folks still dabbling in Aion?

STO is fun so far - but miles away from AO's depth right now. I'm not yet sure where the game will be going, but at least it feels good that Cryptic does not care for being mainstream with STO. The game has some really nice ideas in how skilling your char works, still has to prove it works and really differentiates characters... I'll stick around some more to have a look. At least it seems Cryptic is listening to the users and tries to fix the things that people are unsatisfied with - and they accept the failures they made and what problems are still around, instead of telling you "it's broken working as intended" Tongue

In case anyone is in STO, add me as Dakaan@Satsh.

Cheers!
